Rcbs makes a fine .416 design in their 416-350, which casts about 365 grains in my straight wheelweight metal. They also have a .417" bullet-sizing die which just barely touches the parting line on my bullets.

The bullet shoots very well in my #1 .416 Rigby, all the way up to 2700 fps....I don't load many of them that hot!

You can either order directly from RCBS as I did, or (I think) Midway has the tooling as well.

I've cast over 2000 bullets from this mould, and I like it a whole bunch....

Regards from BruceB (aka Bren Mk1)

I should have mentioned this on my last post, but didnt. Can you help me locate dies and a bullet mould for the 416 Taylor? I have got the big bore bug and want to start out with the Taylor. thanks

Good luck and good shooting

Midway has the dies I brought a set here for 30 dollars. I haven't found a 416 mold yet Lyman and Lee do not list one or at least in the catalogs that I have looked in.
