.244 H&H Load

I am looking for a load for my .244 H&H Bolt Action with a 24" barell using magnum primers, original .244 cases and IMR-4350 powder. The projectile is 95 grns.

I would like starting loads for this. I am also having a problem with the new brass not ejecting imemdiately. It requires to cool down before ejecting. The older brass however has no problem with the same loads.

Who is the manufacturer of the new brass ? 4350 it's on the fast burning side for this caliber , you don't have access to surpluss .50 BMG powder ?
