I picked up a couple of boxes of these bullets very cheaply from a local supplier. They look pretty good for medium game. I thought I'd find the BC from the Speer website but I can find no mention of them.

Have they been dropped or is the website out of date? Anyone know the BC and/or have any experience of their performance on deer (it would be hard for a 165gr bullet not to do well IMHO)

Those bullets may be quite old....I believe they were dropped several years ago......and was told excessive production costs.....

I shoot Deep Shocks almost exclusively. One of the rumors out there said Deep Shocks were cutting deeply into the Grand Slam market and the Slams were the flagship product of the Speer line. These bullets are more aerodynamic than the Slams and when you can recover one they mushroom pretty enough for pictures. Best bullet for the price that I ever came across. I still have about 1800 left of the 165s and 180s but if you have any reservations I offer to buy them from you at any time. Just PM me.
