Desperately looking for reloading supply’s. I’m on countless “notify me lists” for products through many different vendors and like everyone else I’ve been waiting for months or the products are all gobbled up before I can even respond. Does anyone have supplies that they are willing to part with at a reasonable price? I have a PayPal account that can used. Please let me know. Where do you live? I just gave some tips to a new reloader yesterday, including a few local places that usually have some powder & primers. I was in the Rogers, AR Cabelas 2 weeks ago, they had a good amount of 4064 & some other powders on the shelf. I don't recall the primers. It also helps to have a list of alternate powders when shopping. There are many choices in the H-335/4895 burn rate area that will work just fine. NRA(Life),Veteran, RMEF,RGS,DU

Everyone is hoarding stuff; there is no actual shortage. Even 22LR; it is cheap to stockpile a few K rounds. I was in the Owatonna Cabelas last week and they had a fairly good stock of primers, some powder, NO 223 or 22lr, and lots of 308.

I stocked up about 5 years back, got 3 dry boat boxes of primers, close to 100 lb various powders, all the brass we'll ever need and almost, well never enough bullets I guess. Last time I counted, had over 130 boxes of good hunting bullets. We live pretty rural along the Yukon, so hoarding of everything is SOP. I just got a bunch of little boxes from Sinclair that I had back ordered, .452 200 grain FTX's for the 460 S&Ws. I've been getting supplies little by little by mail so they are getting things in. I call around all the LGS in Anch & Fairbanks and have my kids & friends pick everything up and keep at their places until we get in come summertime. No joke, I have a bunch of stuff waiting for me to pick up. I also have one LGS that is closest to me, (200 miles away) and I gave him a list of powder, bullets, pistol primers, ect, and they are waiting on me too. So, keep calling all the gun shops, they want to move product, they don't care about hoarding, only making money. Something else: Shooters Pro Fair prices and they post a couple times a week. They got me really checking out the entire line of Nosler bullets. They carry Nosler over runs, seconds, blemished bullets (great for hunting) I just luv those guys as much as I luv nosler partitions. Sign up and watch the site for calibers you like. I just got 500 45 cal 230 grain JHPs for like 70-80 bucks. Same ones those competition people use up Camp Perry. I got so many nosler partitions now, I've been loading brass for all my Indian Friends. I'm finding reloading supplies, just working harder at it. Good Luck.

I called Cabelas & Midway, they had just got in a couple hundred boxes of .475 325 grain XTPs for 480 Ruger mag. I grabbed me some quick. Anybody else have a 480 redhawk? They didn't have TTSX, SSTs, RN 30-30 of any flavor, or any of the twenty different bullets I was looking for; pretty bad out there. Shooters Pro listed some custom competition in 30 cal 155, but they went within minutes; still I'm very much indebted to Nosler as they make great products and at least it's available intermittently. Distributor told me that the ammo/supply manufacturers are telling them not to accept back orders as they cannot fill orders within a reasonable time frame; I guess that means it's going to get alot worse yet. Hard to believe that there isn't more going on here, but I don't want to sound goofy quite yet. I called my favorite gun shop to beg him to order me an R-25 308. He said that he couldn't really order in many guns in the current climate; just can't get them in. He said the way it now works is they are in some buyers group and they get groups of guns sent to them. Have to sell what ya got like consumer electronics. Well ain't that a heck of a thing. So then he said: How about a S&W M&P10 in 308 collapsible stock, 18 inch barrel, right under 8 lbs, CA compliant AR. You can change the mag limit if you live in a red state. He gave me a fair price of $1414 and I grabbed it. So a heads up to everybody S&W ARs in 308 caliber are in the pipeline; get em while ya can folks.
