Wouldn't this kinda depend on such variables as:
Powder amount;
Powder type;
Bullet type;
Primer type;
Cartridge case volume (case wall thickness);
Case brass hardness;
OAL of the cartridge;
Throat neck diameter;
Length of freebore in throat;
and a number of other things?

Your question is unanswerable!!

with a factory round, between 60,000 and 65,000 PSI. With a handload, who-the-H knows?

If you'd like to play with this, there is a free calculator floating around the internet called "winload". It is an adaptation of the old Powley calculator. It gives pressures in CUP (Copper Units of Pressure), which is loosely correlated with PSI. Fun to play with. HTH, Dutch.
