Been looking at the 2.5 Harbor freight Sonic cleaner, anyone know how many 45 ACP cases this holds | ||

About 300. You have to stir them around. Decap/resize first and the primer pockets will come our squeaky clean. Takes about a dozen cycles. Alternate between the 480-second and 380-second time settings. I use 1/3 white vinegar, 2/3 water, half-teaspoon of the powder they sell with it (don't know if it does anything) and a squirt of grease-cutting dishwashing liquid. Save the solution. Let it settle in a jug and reuse it. I'm still using stuff I made several months ago. I just charge it up with a bit of new mixture every so often. The things work great. You'll love it... | |||

I have one for rifle cases. It does a great job. I would buy some IOSSO CASE CLEANER to use in the Ultrasonic cleaner. You won't need the bag so I'd just buy the liquid cleaner. Just don't store the cleaner in the machine's cleaning tank. This should clean everything including primer pockets in just a few minutes! Rusty We Band of Brothers!
