redding micro seating die problem

Mine puts a noticeable cut into the jacket of my 224 bullets. I've taken it apart cleaned it up etc. to no avail. Any ideas?

Take the die apart and remove the seating stem. Then take a piece of emery cloth and polish the inside edge of the bullet seating cup.

Also check the seating stem to be sure it "floats" the full length.
