I had a problem with a RCBS FL sizing die for a 270 Wby Mag. I returned it to RCBS in Orovile, CA. They sent me a new one that they tested against cases I sent. IN LESS THAN A WEEK. No charge, no questions asked.

RCBS is owned by ATK Inustries, which is primarily a defense and aerospace group. They own about two dozen firearms industry companies, including Savage, CCI, Speer, Uncle Mikes, Weaver, etc.

RCBS has had that same quality customer service since it was operated by the original founder Fred Huntington. The company was founded in 1943.

I bought a Ram Priming Unit and it had no large punch and cup, had two sets of small. A call to RCBS and I had one in the mailbox in 3 days. No need to send back any parts, just keep 'um.

When I first started I only had one set of dies I bought used. I called them and explained I broke my depriming pin by doing something stupid. Asked if they had a local dealer. Guy asked if I could wait 3 days . They sent me 5 pins at no charge and earned a customer for life. I must have $1000 of their stuff now and have never been Disappointed.

Just smart business on their part. Spend a buck or two to earn hundreds. Been liking RCBS for a long time.

I used to not be a fan of RCBS because the steel they made their dies from rusted too easily. They corrected that problem years ago. The steel they use now is better.

I once bought a rifle and the guy gave me an RCBS die set. The sizing die was missing the expander/deprimer assembly.

I called RCBS wanting to buy a replacement expander/deprimer assembly. The guy took my address and the part showed up in 3 days free of charge!

Hunting in Africa is an adventure. The number of variables involved preclude the possibility of a perfect hunt. Some problems will arise. How you decide to handle them will determine how much you enjoy your hunt.

Just tell yourself, "it's all part of the adventure." Remember, if Robert Ruark had gotten upset every time problems with Harry
Selby's flat bed truck delayed the safari, Horn of the Hunter would have read like an indictment of Selby. But Ruark rolled with the punches, poured some gin, and enjoyed the adventure.

I have been more than impressed by the CS of both Dillon and RCBS over the years.
