Howdy, Been reloading since 1969 but always end up keeping about 6 powders for every caliber. Am trying to consolidate my powders down to no more than 3 for each small caliber, hopefully to cover favored light and heavy bullets for each. While I (sort of) already have my favorites, would like for experienced members of the board to pick their favorite powder for each of the following calibers (one or two at most). .221 Fireball .222 Remington .223 Remington .243 Winchester .257 Roberts Many thanks in advance. I don't see different powders making much difference in accuracy. Some powders will make more velocity than others. Blue Dot, IMR4895, and H335 work for me in .223.

I like BLC 2 for the 222 and IMR 4350 for the 257. Don't load for the others.

I use IMR 4895 in the 223 and 257, but the bob is at its best with IMR 4350.
