Ok what loads work for you? I am thinking of using the 160 Nosler partition. Please post velocity/accuracy. Thanx

Pop, before I rechambered my #1 to 7mm dakota, I settled on 61gr RL22 & the 160gr NP. Groups ran right @ 1" & velocity just under 3100fps from the 26" bbl.
The usual legal e's apply; this load is safe in my rifle, use caution, etc., etc.

My favorite load is 80 grs of H870 with a 162 Hornady. I have also shot the 160 partition velocity is the same but accuracy is better with 162 hornady. I shoot it out of a Ruger #1 with a 26" barrel and get 3080 fps on average and shoots sub-moa. This is an awesome combination for me.

Pop, here are a couple of loads I recently tested in my 7mag. Rem.700 24" barrel.
160par 66.5gr.7828 3009ave. vel. .6 accuracy
" 82gr. wc872 3032 " " .75

I really like the wc872 surplus powder since its so cheap. Hope this helps. fws
