I finally found a box of .260 accubonds today to try and load in my .375ackley. Looking for something fast for an elk hunt next month. I have come across 2 loads. There is an unverified load on reloaders nest using 95 grains of RL22 for a 260 Partition.

I also found a load here by Akhutr using 91 grains of H4350. Both loads are using federal 215 primers and winchester brass.

Does anyone have a good load they could recommend? I do have both4350 and RL22. Is there another favorite powder for this cartridge? Thanks for any info and I will play it safe with a starting load.

If anyone has experience with the 250ttsx or 270lrx I would like to hear that as well.

Got 2700 fps with 73 grains IMR 4064. IMR 4320 not quite as good. No RL-15 on hand at the time, but I'd bet on it first as it seems to carry out to and beyond 300 yards better than 4064, 4320, etc.

FWIW, I use 250-grain TTSX's now and hope to use them next opportunity on red hartebeest, kudu, bushbuck / whatever.

Modify to fit yours. Mine's a Brno ZKK 602 rechambered to .375 Weatherby

.375 Wby / WW brass (fireformed from H&H) / Fed 215 primer / 250-gr Barnes TTSX / 78 gr RL-15 / OAL 3.585" / 2825 fps
25 yds -0-
50 yds +1"
100yds + 2 1/2"
200 yds +2 to 4"
300 yds -0- to - 4"

deadibob, I think you will find RL 22, much too slow! I have a .375 AI, and used RL 19 for years with the 270 TSX (granted much longer than your bullet). To get good velocities required a "very" heavily compressed load. 96.5 grains only gave me 2900 fps. Took me several years to get my hands on some RL 17. I've since gone to RL 17 and 250 TTSX's, ran the velocities up to 3160 fps, then "backed her down" to 3130 fps, for better groups. I am real happy with the RL 17. Try it, you might like it!! memtb
