Daniel,
Prices have already increased under inflationary pressure even before the Alliant stoppage was announced. I can't see this general situation ever reversing, even if surplus supplies enter the market after all current worldwide hostilities cease. Apart from the Alliant situation manufactureres have other cost pressures impacting their production that will be passed on in pricing.
