I'm new to the forum and new to reloading. I've reloaded a couple hundred rounds on a friends press, and just getting mine setup. Im needing some recommendations for the following rounds.

.308- 180 gr nosler accubond
190 gr Berger VLD hunting

.243- 80 gr Barnes ttsx
95 gr Berger VLD hunting

I have a nosler book but not Berger or Barnes. I understand about starting lower than rec. loads, but just need some ideas to start with and that every rifle does different. My main thing is buying powder is an hour away in Waco, tx and if I could get some today at one time I can get started this weekend and not have to drive back and forth getting different powders.

Go to the berger web site, they should have recommend loads for thier bullets. holdgen also has loadf data for thier powders. I use varget powder in the 308 and h4350 in the 243.
