I need to know what the sized ID of case neck should be for this loading. I've put a micrometer to it and it measures .475. The bullets I am using are Woodleigh .488 caliber. When the bullet is seated there is a noticeable bulge where the bullet is, mainly on one side of the case.

I suspect the dies is for the 475 Nitro Express, which uses a .483 bullet. I think the dies may not be sizing the cases straight. It could be me? I am trying to be most careful!
The dies are CH4D dies. A three die set. There is no expander ball in the sizer/decapping die!

As always any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Howeveer that is the No.2 and what I need is the 475 #2 Jeffery. The bullet is a .488 diameter. I'm afraid that the dies I have are for the .483 cases.
