I have used RCBS dies for some calibers and have always found there products great.
About a 1 1/2 year ago, I bought a vibratory case cleaner and it stopped working just after the year warranty was expired. I emailed RCBS and told them that the cleaner had stopped working, but it's been about a year and a half. I told them I know the warranty was for a year and asked if they could fix it. Even though the warranty was up, they still said to send it in and they would fix it free of charge. I just got the unit back and opened the packaging to find that they sent me a brand new cleaner. I have to say, I'm impressed. They wanted to make me happy and make sure that the money I spent was well spent.
Has anyone else had similar experiences with RCBS

I fully concurr....but this is typical of the reloading companies.....did you know that if you stick a case in a sizine die that Hornady will remove it free.....and it' makes no difference whose die it's in!

Wow, crushing one of your balls, that must have hurt. Smiler

RCBS has treated me very well in the past. Everything from reloading data and advice to fixing something when I was stupid.
