I have about 3,000 fed 215 primers. I had a 300 RUM, but sold it. Can I use the 215’s instead of the 210’s safely? | ||

I usually cut back a grain when using 215s, but Im in the max and Ive seen that one grain cut needed on several ocassions..Im doing that now but normally I would use Fed 210s in everything below belted magnums in other words I only use 215s in magnums...Never been a problem either way buy Ive seen loads that were a grain or two over book max that were fine with std primers and got quite sticky bolts when switched to 215s. Just another learning experience, some been there and others live in fear all their whole life! In times such as these I will soon be using 215s in everything because Im down to about 300 (1973) vintage std CCI200s, then to Fed 215s until when and if they ever come back..and who knows what Bidens going to do next, only Nancy knows that, after all he is her personal robot..
