What is the difference between the Hodgdon reloading data, specifically

2005/06 reloading manual in paper back
Hodgdon 27th edition
Hodgdon free pamphlet
Data avaliable online

It seems to me that the free pamphlet and the online data are the same. But is there much difference between those and 2006 and 27th edition? I was wondering if it would be worth my $ to try and get a copy of the 27th edition or get the 05/06 edition.

Thanks

FWIW--I know that they are getting "softer" on the data they put on the labels of the 1# jugs. The last few canisters have had the loads lightened up a couple of grains in many cases. Now the question is......is it because of fear of being sued....or is the powder actually getting faster??

if you start low and work up I wouldn't get concerned with the new books unless it contains cartridges or powders not previously covered.
