I always thought it was close to IMR4350. Check one of the burn charts online.

Hodgdon's chart shows it about halfway between 760 and IMR 4350.

No, there is no equivalent in the sense that RL22 and Norma MRP are the same powders with different labels, or that WW760 and H414 are the same powders. VH-150 is not sold under any other label.

FYI,
This info is from a well known reloading program,
that get it's info from the powder company's and tests using a closed bomb vessel and other testing equipment.

As you can see, these powders are close,
but NOT the same,
except for the Win/Hodgdon powders.
