Try Dangerous Dave, the Old Western Scrounger. He used to sell cannon loading supplies & equipment. Haven't seen his recent ads.....

Randy Ketchum, proprietor of Lynwood Guns and Ammunition, has thousands of 20mm bullets and a few barrels in his shop. I think he often builds them as muzzle loaders with electric ignition, so his customers don't have extra paper work.
