Any suggestions for a starting load for Reloder 12 in 223, using Nosler Ballistic Tip?

What is max load in your manual?

I've had good luck with RL-7 in the .223 that Seafire recommended to me in my search for velocity and accuracy. I've been using the 40g. Nosler BT and a healthy dose of powder, above the manuals max, with good accuracy, high velocity and no signs of high pressure. Each chamber and barrel is different but loads of 25.0, 26.0 and 27.0 g could be handled depending on your specific gun. As always work up slowly and watch for signs of pressure.
