Huntington Die Specialties is the RCBS custom shop. Huntingtons.com I think. CH4d.com is as respected as any. Then there are the main line folks. I think LEE will do custom on a limited basis. Hornady. Redding? Hollywood (if you are in no hurry. Corbin, Dave corbins.com. Corbin, Richard, RCECO.com. You have to ask. Actually about any machine shop could do the work for you. But a small job (to them) like this... "overhead" is a killer and you probably would not like the price. Luck.

RCBS has them listed. I'll ask if they make them with one reamer vice seperate body and neck reamers. The polish, polish and polish some more.
