Why would you need a FFL to buy powder? A drivers license, yes for proof of age. But a FFL isn't required for powder.

FYI: Graf's has Norma 202 and 204 on sale (if you have a ffl on file) for $8.99 per #. If you like it (and I do) you might get on it. They say it is discontinued..........

No association, yada, yada..............

Right, sorry for the confusion. Without a FFL the powder is about two bucks higher per pound, still not a bad price. I ordered five pounds of each and 1K primers to disperse the hazmat a bit. I will say that a Curio and Relic license at $30 per three years is bound to pay for itself on discounts from Graf's and Midway, Brownells and others if you shoot much, whether you use it to buy guns with it or not.
