Andrew/ It is according to the Brand of powder and cannister...the "lot" number is on the inner flap in stamped but not INKED letters on some, others it is on the botom of the can or side of the package...often dry stamped not easily visible....others have visible numbers with the word "lot" but these are rare....the lot number will be several digits long and may have letters and numbers.....good luck and good shooting!!!

The top line appears to be the gunpowder designation. The "03023" in the second line might be part of the Lot. No., as the "060600" in the third line might also be. Since I log all my gunpowders by Lot No., and since I'm uncertain in this instance, I would log both of the above numbers to be sure.

Good shooting.
