| I have the new manual, but it doesn't list any of those powders for that bullet. I can give you the powders and charges that it lists if you would like. I have not heard anything negative from Barnes about using the VLC's in a fast twist barrel. I don't think they are "super explosive". I have fired Speer TNT's in a Mini-14, and they turn into a dust cloud the moment they leave the barrel. Overall length should be determined by your particular rifle. |
