I own a model 88 and looking for some one who as done alot of realoading with it and would like to share your favorite loads thanks.

Just figure about 2 grs. under max, and I like WW748 and IMR4064 in the .308.

I liked 414 & 380, because it meters better in powder dispencer, but .308s are noy picky.

Ray is correct. Stay a couple of grains under max. and that Model 88 will eat just about anything you want to feed it, and accurately too! I love mine, and have never had any feeding or ejecting troubles with it. Believe it or not it groups that cheap Remington UMC crap the best, well under 1" @ 100 yards. Suprised the hell out of me. Bill T.

Bill T:You said you have never had ejection problemes,I found that if the brass were not fire formed to the rifle they did not want to eject,has any one else had this problem
