Went to my local supply store this week and picked up some 7.62X39 brass. The bin was marked Lapua but the brass was K P. It looked good so I bought 200 cases for .18 a piece. Never heard of K P, any good???
Thanks

I bought some from Midway several years back, they too advertised it as Lapua. Nice brass its been loaded many times over without a problem and fired out of my Mini Mauser. Accurate, consistant - no complaints and if I recall the price was right.

Very good brass and Kaltrone Pettibone may have used it, but "supposedly" it is Lapua. Either wa I use it it in a Sako custom and a Colt Sporter AR, both love it. You are lucky to have it, quality brass.

Lapua indeed produced this brass for K-P. It's good stuff -- much better than the typical military or commercial stuff currently available.
