Woohoo. I've had a box of the 200gr examples on hand for a while and finally loaded them up Saturday. Sent them downrange Sunday afternoon - way better, and infinitely more therapeutic, than any Superbowl. WinBrass WLRM Primer 69, 70, 71, 72gr of RL-22 (5 each) 3.340" OAL They all shot very well, but 71gr was tightest, at 1/2" Because it's a hunting bullet I'll probably end up using 72gr as it was still well under 1" Maybe I'll see how 73gr shoots, since I saw no obvious signs of high pressure. Either way, I'm ready for an elk hunt to fall into my lap. Incidentally, I can't seem to do wrong with this rifle. I also loaded up some antique 180gr partitions recently. They shot like MatchKings all the way up to the max loads. I'll be using 75gr of RL-22 for this one, as a plinking/practice load (only cost $8.33/box).

POP, Don't have a Chrony or even Quickload. Pretty low-tech operation but the groups are encouraging. If someone wants to run numbers, it's a 24" barrel.

Sorry to bring this back up to the top, please disregard and let it sink if there's no interest. I'd really appreciate if someone could run Quickload on this for me: 300WinMag 200gr AccuBond 72gr RL-22 WLRM Primer 3.340" OAL 24" Barrel (though Browning calls it 26" w/ the BOSS)
