Anyone remember these? Aren't they primer-powered reusable 38 Special "parlor" rounds? The headstamp is "USAC" and "38 SPL"

"Experience" is the only class you take where the exam comes before the lesson.

As I recall those are full on 38 spl loads. They used a thick plastic case with metal head and a special heel type of bullet. The idea was cheaper ammunition. The special heel type bullet was sold as a seperate reloading component. It's probably been 20 years since they were sold. I still find an occasional empty case laying around some of the local shooting spots. Don't know if there is any collector interest in them.

Oh boy. Been a while. This was the "newest and latest" many years ago. I think there were some gallery loads, but there were also full power loads. If I recall right, one of the selling features, you could "resize" the case for reloading by dropping it in boiling water. The plastic had "memory" and would return to the unfired size for seating a new bullet...

Didn't seem to have "caught on." Don't recall a mention for quite a while.

And there are rubber bullets of various description for use in both real cases and in plastic cases, but I think this might be a full load. I'd hit the collector boards and see. You might get the price of a new box of ammo for it. Might not. luck.

I had some of these. I used them in a regular Case with only Primer Power. I believe you were directed to "open" the Flash Hole a bit, but that could be Full of Beans. I can't remember how these shot.

And I believe it was Speer who used to make a Set with a Red Plastic Case and a Black Plastic Snap-In Full Wad Cutter Projectile. These were also Primer Powered.

You needed to make a Cardboard Sight to get them to hit high enough. We messed with them inside a garage when Snow/Slush was being it's usual aggravation. These were especially fun for the Kids to shoot.
