I’m new on here and just picked up a rifle in 416 Rigby. I’m looking for good load data using 350 gr A Frames and also 400 gr North Forks. I have RL19 and H4350 powders you work with. Any help is greatly appreciated !

Swift says 82.8-89gr of H4350 with a 350AF, RL 19 not listed but most say H4350 is the go to on the Rigby

81.8-88gr of H4350 listed for the 400gr AF, start in the middle and go up for the NF i would guess, again no RL 19 listed, just 22 and 25, H4350 will do the job

Have been loading for the Rigby with 410g Woodleigh Weldcores for several years.
It really starts to shine with slower powders, H4831, RE22, RE25 and H1000.
If I were going to use either of your powders, I would use RE19, max should be around 105g with a 350g pill.

Cheers.

Thank you for the info. I’ve got 400 gr and 430 gr bullets for hunting. Also have IMR4831 and H4350 if those are good? Any advice on these ?

I agree, H4831 is the right powder for my rigby.
