Speer 230 gr for short barrel.

Does anyone know precisely which powders are used for the short barrel low flash loads? I have a 4" Kimber and a S&W 37 Brazilian 2.25" barrel to use low flash ammo in. I am using the plated HPs from Rainier right now. 230 HPs. My current load with the Rainiers is 5 gr 231.
