I'm having a problem with my rcbs uni-flow. It has worked great for a few years and now it will work fine for a few loads then start giving a partial charge on the down swing and when I raise it up it dumps a little more all over. I've taken it apart and don't see anything wrong. Infact I don't see how it would be possible to do what it does.
When I say a partial charge on the dump cycle and more on the up swing, it's not just the remainder of the original charge! It's alot of powder all over. So I've quit using it and use just my scale. Maybe someone else has had this happen and there is a quick fix.
I can't see where it's even possible to dump in both positions. Any help would be great.
Thanks

Clean all parts and see if it fixes the problem. Then call RCBS and they will tell you what to do or replace it free.

Like RiflemanZ says, take it apart and wash the body with soap and hot water including the plastic nozzle. Dry everything well.

You might also be getting static cling so wipe everything down with a dryer sheet after it's all clean and dry. Wipe down the inside of the hopper and body, the nozzles and the chamber area.
