I shoot the 75 grain V-Max in both of my .25-06 rifles and in my .257 Roberts....all with 1-10" twist.

It's a spectacular thing to do to a prairie dog. Accuracy is up to the task in all of my quarterbores.

I had very good results with the 75 grain V-Max shooting it in a 25-06 with a 1 in 10 inch twist barrel.

It does amazing things to coyotes, they are dead right there!

I also have had great results with 75gr V-Max with IMR4831 in my Savage 110fp 25/06.
Just recently I tried the 70gr Sierra Blitz King
in the same rifle and the same powder and the same results.
GOOD LUCK and GOOD SHOOTING!!!

Picked up an old Ruger MKI in 25-06 that was pretty beat up. Cleaned copious amounts of copper out of the bore(probably why they got rid of it).

Tried a few bullets and about to write it off until I tried the Vmax. Shoots it very well over Varget

It's the best combination of accuracy and velocity in a sporter weight rifle that I've ever tried.
I use N160 or H4350 and get 3700 fps.
