Does anyone have a starting load for a 22-250 Remington using 75 grain Berger VLD bullets and Varget powder.

From the Berger website FAQs;

A: Our loading manual will be available soon. In the meantime, then you can email your cartridge and bullet data to bergerltd@aol.com or to anyone at Berger Bullets listed on our Contacts page. Starting and maximum loads will be emailed back to you.


Hodgdon has the starter load for 70gr bullets and Varget in the 22-250 listed as 29.5 gr. and 32 gr. as a max. load. They used a Speer spire point bullet for working up the load. I don't know if Berger performs very much differently from the Speer.
