Does anybody have any idea wher I can find .360 diameter shot in bulk? I have only been able to find it in 100 round boxes (Hornady) I would like to buy a bag of it like shotgun shot and get it real cheap for varmint hunting.

Their catolog list Hornady #000 buck shot, 5lb bags for 10.95. I`m pretty sure #000 is .360 dia.

I will check it out again- I tried it once but they gave me .350 diameter, which unfortunatly would not work in my 357.

I will ask precision reloading and see what they say.

Precision reloading only has .350!
I have been told try midsouth and Ballistic products.

Sorry, I could have swore 3- aught buck shot was 36 cal. Thats what I get for "thinking". I knew a guy 30+ yr ago that used what I "Thought" was 000 buck in a .38 on rabbits in his garden, I should have double checked instead of rememberin`.

I looked on a box of fedreal buckshot and they say that their #000 is .360 diameter, but I cant seem to find their source.

I can always buy a box of 100 from hornady but I would like to reduce costs and buy bulk.

I found 8 pound cans of #000 .360 at Ballistic Products Inc. on the internet.

Over 750 shot at about $17. OF course shipping is adding another 8 bucks or so- but still the cheapest way to go.

I will load me some 38 S&W single shot and I will load a double or triple shot into 357 mag lever action for varment control!
