Imperial sizing wax?

I tried Imperial sizing wax for the first time and was impressed with how well it worked. As a first time user I just dabbed a bit on my finger and applied it sparingly to the case. A little seems to go a long way. My question: Is there a preferred method for applying this product without having to touch it?

Just put it on with your finger and enjoy the benefits!!

Imperial is the best stuff ever sold to reloaders.

And a tin of it lasts forever!

Reloader, Best stuff I ever used and it wipes right off with a paper towel. You'll lose a tin before you ever use it up.
That would be an interesting poll.
Have you ever thrown away an empty Imperial tin?

If a tin lasts forever, why am I just starting my third tin?

I do love this stuff, and find that finger to brass contact remains the best way to control the amount you use. There is no better case lube for all operations.

I've used both Imperial Sizing Die Wax and Hornady One-Shot lube. Both have their place, imo.

If I'm trying to process a bunch of brass in a short period of time, the Hornady product makes perfect sense. I probably tend to use more than I need to, yet a can will still do several hundred cases.

Still on my first tin of ISDW, but it's about 3/4 gone. I don't know HOW many hundreds of cases I've sized with this. Just turned 100 .30-30's into .30 Herrets. For serious case-forming operations, I think the ISDW is superior to Hornady's product.

No matter which lube I use, I like to size all my cases then tumble the lube off and then finish loading.

The problem with hornady's product is it works too well. You can't waste as much time putting it all on at once.

I can't get Imperial Sizing Wax in France. Any suggestions for the best US supplier who will ship to France?

I agree that Imperial Wax was the world's best lube, at least until the Lee Collet die came along and made lube obsolete for 90% of my resizing needs!

I think I will either paint the container florecent orange or glue it to a 5gal bucket lid I keep loosing them.

I like it for resizing brass I dont get all the neck dents I get with spray lube. I am not in that big a hurry Reloading is suppose to be FUN.

Baseed on the last 5,000 rounds of .223 brass, I may be getting 20,000 rounds per tin, but I am putting it on liberally.
