Has anyone else used the reload data given by this website? In paticular 180 gr TSX w/ 92.5 gr RL 22? What were your results? I am shooting a 300 rum sendero. Do you think that this is to hot of a load? The data given by this site indicates that the have loaded this exact load and were able to get a 1/2 group. It even appears that they loaded it even hotter. Any feedback is much appreciated. Thanks

If you want to use this load find a starting load for it and work up. -------------------------------------- This is from Stevesreloading data pages. 175-180 grain bullets RL-22 From 76.3 grains to 91.9 grains Winchester WLR Primer ----------------------------- This is from barnes rem 9 1/2M primer rl22 79-84 with regular barnes x RL22 87-92 with barnes xlc -------------------- THANOS WAS RIGHT!

Whatever you do, start reasonable and work up. I have been shocked to discover how much over expected capacity some of my rifle chambers are. I believe that goes pretty far to explaining just how different rifles can be in how they handle specific loads. Each one really is a law unto itself. The book values are carefully arrived at based on pressure barrels with minimum spec chambers. What is safe in my guns is based on my chambers, which may be 5 or 7% larger in volume than the min....which is potentially a huge change in pressure. Cheers, Dan

I took the info off of this website and compared it to others and I decided to to experiment. I worked my way up to the current load which is 92.5 gr of RL 22 with a 180gr TSX. This load is the most accurate and it shoots the bullet out at 3350. Barnes is now publishing 180 gr TSX max load 87 gr RL 22. I guess that I am not more than 10% above their load. The thing that got me wondering is after I had shot 20 rounds, I had 2 rounds that my extractor pin left marks on the heads of 2 cases and the next 3 rounds were OK. I am not sure but my Sendero seems to like this combo the best and it will shot a 1/2 inch group.
