Buddy:
I'm gonna try this for the 3rd time. Had connection problems before.
Anyway, according to P.O. Ackley the .25/.270 ICL Ram is made by necking down & blowing out or fireforming in an ICL chamber. His loads are as follows:
64 gr. bullet:
64 gr. 4350 vel. = 4200 fps
56 gr. 4064 vel. = 4200 fps
87 gr. bullet:
62 gr. 4350 vel. = 3845 fps
63 gr. 4831 vel. = 3710 fps
65 gr. 4831 vel. = 3920 fps
100 gr. bullet:
55 gr. 4350 vel. = 3330 fps
58 gr. 4350 vel. = 3575 fps
59 gr. 4350 vel. = 3710 fps
59.5 gr. 4350 vel. = 3750 fps
63 gr. 4831 vel. = 3710 fps
117 gr. bullet:
61 gr. 4831 vel. = 3450 fps

All of this info is in P.O.Ackley's book, "Handbook for Shooters & Reloaders",
vol. 1 I would suggest that you scrounge up a set. Also, Ackley's loads are dated and the powders above are the Hodgdon line and NOT IMR powders. Just be cautious on loading this and I'm not responsible for what you do. Good luck. Bear in Fairbanks

Not quite correct, the 4831 was H surplus, IMR introduced their version in 1971, the 4350 and 4064 were Dupont/IMR, hodgdon never introduced their 4350 until 1982, and 4064 has always been IMR until Accurate got their version out. Ackley published Vol 1 in 1962 and 2 in 1966.
