Accuratereloading has load data pages, here is the link to the 458 lott data http://www.accuratereloading.com/458lott.html

Here is a copy of my notes from my previous lott:

All loads were developed with RP 416 rem mag brass necked up and blown out, then trimmed to 2.800. The only primers Ive used have been CCI 250, large rifle magnum, Federal 215s should work as well or better. I developed the data listed below by starting with 458 win mag data and working up. The lott can take 8-10% more powder for a given 458 win mag load, at least with the loads I tried and worked up to in this gun.

The RCBS 458 win mag dies were set up in the press using a .30 spacer from the face of the shell holder, to make up the difference between the length of win mag brass and lott brass. Dont get carried away with the neck expander die, the 2nd die in the set, or youll have to run the cases through the sizer die again. You just want to slightly bell the mouth of the case to ease seating bullets. You should check case length after each sizing, and trim as necessary. If you have the seater die set up for a firm crimp with the cases 2.800 long, and they grow to say 2.807, and you dont adjust the crimp, youll crumple the cases, though they will still chamber and fire. Hopefully these tips will help you not have to repeat my learning process with the lott. There may be some other things Im forgetting, but thats what comes to mind.

There were 3 loads that I found to be accurate in the gun:

350 gr speer hot core, seated to the rear canalure, 76.0 gr Reloader 7, 2400 fps.
350 gr hornady rn, 80.0 gr Reloader 7, 2525 fps
500 gr hornady rn sp, 87.0 gr Reloader 15, 2280 fps

Note: The barrel was 21 long, and back bored 1 to .470 with ports, so effectively 20 long, Id expect ~100 fps faster from a 24 tube. The barrel also had a long free bore.

All loads were firmly crimped in the canalure. It has been said that RL 15 is inconsistent lot to lot, so work up to the 87 gr charge. I have gone to 88.0 gr, but the velocities were less consistent, and the accuracy not as good, and only 20 fps faster. Treat the 87 gr load as a maximum. To get the 87 gr in the case, use a drop tube, and you will still have a little bit of compression of the powder. I have used 2 lots of RL15 with the 500 gr loads, and found the lots to be within 10-20 fps of each other, so my limited experience has shown RL15 to be consistent. The RL7 loads are not maximum, but provide good accuracy, and velocities matched to the bullets. I would not be surprised to get 2600 or possibly 2700 fps with 350 gr bullets, but I would use a bonded bullet at those speeds.
