Hello
Im loading for a Ruger no1 in 450/400 NE 3". I do not have the Woodleigh data manual. Would somebody here be willing to share their load data. I could probably use the lowest start for Hornady and work up but rather have tested data for the Woodleigh projectiles. Thank you.
Woodleigh weldcore 400gr .411
Woodleigh FMJ 400gr .410

I had one of these and still have a Krieghoff DR. If you are loading for a double, which I thought you were when I opened this, you can't just use loads you get; you have to develop them; velocity is not the only criteria; lots has been written here on this subject.
But for the Ruger, you can use much hotter loads.

I understand load development. Just helps to have proven data. Ive never loaded anything larger than 45-70 so want to be sure I start right.
