RCBS Case Trim Question?

I have a RCBS case trimmer. It was purchased 25 years or so ago and is the type where you change the collets to match the diameter of the case mouth. I just started to load for the 45-70 and noticed the base of these cases will not fit into the piece that holds the base of the case. Does RCBS make a different holder or do I have to purchase another case trimmer? Thanks

My biggest fear is when I die my wife will sell my guns for what I told her they cost.

I don't know if RCBS makes one, but if you need an economical case trimmer for the 45-70, you might try the Lee trimmer. I have purchased them for most of my cartridges and find them easy to use. So much so, that I hardly ever take out my Lyman trimmer.

Collet #4 - RCBS Part Number 9374 - is what you need.
