If you haven’t mailed in your warranty card yet, fill it out and mail it in. Other than that, pack it up, with a copy of your warranty card, a note explaining what the problem is, and a check for $10. RCBS Operation 605 Oro Dam Blvd. Oroville, CA 95965-4650 You’ll get your replacement in 2 to 3 weeks. But before you do all that, have you taken the unit apart? Pull the scale away from the dispenser then plug them back together again and see what happens. You may have just a bad connection between the scale and the dispenser. | |||
