does anyone make a reloading book on a 22-250AI? if so were can i find it. or a web site that has the info im looking for.

I have some in one of mt load books in my shop.I will put it up when i come back to the house.Any type of bullet,powder and what twist do you have?

I am back.The book I have is Nosler's 5th,they list from 40gr to 60gr.

plainsman456` id like to try and stay around 50-60grn with h380. i was shoting a 52grn bullet with a 38grn charge of h380 behind it. id like to try and stay with that bullet if i can. i cant remember what the twist is on it but its a howa 1500 bull-barl.

The charge for h380 starts at 42.5grs max of 46.5grs.They don't list h380 for 50-60gr bullets.Good Luck

plainsman` ok thanks. what is a good powder try and shoot out of it with a 50-53grn bullet? what does everyone have good luck shooting out of a 22-250AI with a 50-53grn bullet?

W-W 760 is good stuff. So is IMR 4064 and Varget.

I use 41gr of varget with a 50gr combined tech bullet (coated Nosler BT).

That is 1 gr above max load from the Nosler manual, but the coated bullet can be loaed a bit hotter.

Have taken lot of coyote with this load from 3 ft to 300yd.

hot core' i will probly find a min load and work up from that some but i probly wont try and push my luck to much with a over max load. i got 3 more months to go before i get my 22-250AI back so i am try to find out a good starting load and what max load will be around. the way its looking i might have to use a defrent powder.
