| I used RL 19 and IMR4350 in mine. Mostly the 210Part. With RL giving the best accuracy in my Ruger.

| I use 72.5 grs. of Rldr-22 with a 225 gr. North Fork and get 2800 fps. Works fine for me. Bear in Fairbanks

| I know a guy like your friend. I would let him buy his ammo if he can afford to go to Africa. If he has a screw up he can't blame you. |

I agree, if he is that cheap, he will hound you somewhere, and it will be your fault.

| Thanks guys for all the info. He has a lot of factory ammo but none of it seems to shoot that well. It could be a gun issue and not the ammo. If he wasn't such a good friend I would not be helping him. I have a friend who has a 338 load with the Barnes 225gr TS that shoots close to 1/2 inch in his rifle. I may just seat his ammo .050 off the lands in my friends gun and see what happens. Thanks again. |

| I would try RL-19 first with the two bullets and then if that doesn't work out, try IMR4350. Both work well for me but I get a little better accuracy from RL-19 and 100fps more (2900 vs 2800) MV.
