Here are some starters.
Aluminum frangible, Magna-safe, rubber, Glaser, Cor-Bon

It would be my choice for shooting a terroist in plane load of passengers....No penitration and absolute stopping power at close range..I have witnessed its ability..

If Elmer didn't say it, it probably ain't true.
About aircraft shooting, it would be at such a disastrously short range (for the intended recipient) I do not think there would be a miss. Besides, if there is a hijack attempt, would you rather the small chance of a skin puncture that may or may not blow out over the much greater possibility of augering in?
As for what my wife keeps in the pistol, it is the 135 grain bullet because of the heavy clothes worn here.
I heard a number of years ago that the glaser can be defeated by a relatively thick leather jacket, any information on this?

Ray
I have never heard of the glaser being stopped by clothing but if it was the end resulet would be devasting to the recipient in the form of no flesh in front of his body.
If it fails Glaser will give you a new S&W 357 pistol...That was the original sales pitch...If Peter Pi has bought them, I suspect he is satisfied with the performance as he is the ultimate expert in L.E. bullets.
This is just my assumption..

Thanks for the information. I've seen video of the glaser used on one gallon water containers and the results were most impressive.
I'm not sure how how comforting the thought I've just won a 357 would be when I've just put a hole through a pressurized airframe however ;-)

Push the gun into a shark (these critters have tough skin believe me, I know) and pull the trigger.
The release of CO2 gas basically kills instantaneaously no matter where struck by "turning the body inside out"
It forces all innards from the bodies biggest cavities (chest /abdomen) out through mouth and anus. At the same time all limbs go stiff and the effect is like an over inflated sex doll.
In my opinion, no risk (apart from visual offense) to any passangers or the rest of the aircraft and a just and fitting end for terrorists.
The other good news, I'll make you as many as you like for under $100 each.
It would also be possible to make a "dart type" projectile that would deliver a similar payload, however in the confines of an aircraft I think the prod type weapon would be fine.

vssf,
Simple, you can shoot yourself on the way down with your new 357 Mag. then the sudden stop won't hurt so much....
