Do molycoated bullets tend to increase velocity, given same powder charge, versus regular bullets? I'm guessing they do, but will someone advise? Thanks.

Actually, less speed will be yielded. Moly reduces friction in the bore, that reduces pressures and that reduces velocities.

In my experience you can get that velocity back and improve upon it. To do so,of course takes more propellant............

Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't.
Sometimes the bullet loses velocity for lower pressure, sometimes the bullet gain more velocity for lower friction.
