gentlemen: Thanks for the great data. Down here in SW Georgia, about the heaviest bullet you will see in the deer woods is 165 grains. I really look forward to the data on lighter bullets, especially the 130, 150, and 165 grain bullets. For years, I have shot a Remington Modell 700 in 30-06 using 130 grain Barnes triple shock bullets with great success. | ||

Go to the Hodgdon Website you will get all the bullet weight loads on their site. Further remember that faster burning powders works better with lighter bullets. Work your loads up from the bottom in 0.3grain increments. Each rifle has its own "sweat spot" and loads from other reloader would not yield the same results in your rifle.
