Ammunition Accountability Legislation

Remember how Obama said that he wasn't going to take your guns? Well, it seems that his allies in the anti-gun world have no problem with taking your ammo!

The bill that is being pushed in 18 states (including Illinois and Indiana ) requires all ammunition to be encoded by the manufacture a data base of all ammunition sales. So they will know how much you buy and what calibers.

Nobody can sell any ammunition after June 30, 2009 unless the ammunition is coded.

Any privately held uncoded ammunition must be destroyed by July 1, 2011. (Including hand loaded ammo.) They will also charge a .05 cent tax on every round so every box of ammo you buy will go up at least $1.00or more, a brick of 22's will go up enormously!

If they can deprive you of ammo they do not need to take your gun!

This legislation is currently pending in 18 states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Washington.

Yes, that was a portion of the clinton agenda. Now that the "Change" is to bring ALL the clinton flunkies back into command, it is no surprise that they will once again be trying to do the same things.

Same for Politically Correct Bullets(PCBs), if you use them, you are helping to Kill Shooting and Hunting.

I don't need any stinkin PCBs.

I checked Snopes.com on this one. They carry it as "unconfirmed" , although it is believable. The NRA has written some intellligent material on the concept that a couple of folks in CA came up with to make this problem. The difficulty is, it is not proven yet. Meanwhile, pounce on your legislators. When enough people rise up against this, they will get the picture, especially when they start thinking about being reelected.

Such legislation can be beaten in state houses, but it takes a lot of letter writing, e-mail, phone calls, and face to face. State politicians do know where their pay comes from, the people, they just often do not show that knowledge off too well. Time to start bombarding them with words, no threats, just reminders.

Your working against a stacked deck and the out come is we're all the losers !.

Some years ago a friend and I wrote two different letters one pro one con

that pertained to a Bill which was attempting to be introduced into state legislation ;

for voting on ( Months before the Bill actually got to the floor for voting on ).

We each received a form letter back mimeographed thanking us for our position !.

I such and such am working extremely hard to voice your opinion , rest assure we will

prevail . Thank You signed Blah Blah Dumb Dumb . They proceeded to vote for the revenue !

Like they always do . It's time to bring back the Republic and screw the

Federalist or Dimwit Democrats !.
