First five shots 3/8" group at 50 yds.the next 5 shots were a 1/2" group an inch away from the first group.Barrel just warm same load etc.-140 gr. psp w/2c Rem, crimped long, sooty, mild, barrel getting a little hot after 5th round. 2064 to 2092 ft./sec.8 shoot 1" group at 50 yds. 140gr. psp. Rem. w/2c Wlrm PRIMER, 41.7gr. 7383, CBC cases,Oal=2.180, crimped,2388 to 2483 ft./sec. not hot, All powdder burned!!! 5 shot 1/2" group. same load etc.140 gr. HPBT Sierra, not hot ,a little sooty,all powder burned !!!! 2433 to 2463 ft./sec.3 same hole 2ea. 1/2" out. 140 psp. w/2c Rem.Wlrm primer, CBC cases, 37.4gr.WCC846, OAL= 3.180,DIrty, not max.2326to 2354 ft./sec. a little gas in the face, 4 shot 1/2" group at 50 yds. 30 grains of RL 7 with 140 grain SP or the 160 grain RN.... 30/30 velocity with less recoil and fantastic accuracy in my 3 different 6.5 x 55s! cheers seafire | |||
