Anyone of you ever worked up a load for 50 gr Nosler BT in 223 with 2015? They show 25 grs as a max load with the 45 gr BT but they don't have any loads with 50 gr.

Back in 1991, when it was called Accurate 2015BR, I loaded up to 25.5 gr behind an assortment of 50 gr bullets from Speer, Nosler, Sierra and Hornady with no ill effects. Back then, Accurate listed 26 gr as max, if I recall correctly. They seem a little more conservative these days, but I still load 25.0 gr behind the Nosler 50 gr Ballistic Tip for around 3325 fps out of my 26" SPS Varmint. Start low and work up, watching for pressure signs. I would suggest starting at 24.0 gr and working up in .5 gr increments. I don't use the 2015 as much now, since I find TAC to meter much better and shoot even cleaner with comparable velocity and accuracy potential. Bullets are pretty worthless. All they do is hang around waiting to get loaded.

I use 25.2grs with the 50gr BT in my CZ. This powder actually has produced my most consistently accurate loadings. My rifle also has a decided preference for Win SR primers. In my rifle, that bullet jumps .118 to the rifling when loaded at magazine length, and still shoots .4 and sometimes .3's.

Yes 24.5gr. 2015, 3200 fps. 4 shot 1/4" group at 100 yds. Did as good with the Nosler comp. roger Old age is a high price to pay for maturity!!! Some never pay and some pay and never reap the reward. Wisdom comes with age! Sometimes age comes alone..
