Has anyone compaired the two? They seem close. They both might as well be Plutonium in my area

RL-15 is just another batch of Norma 203B. RL-15 has been tough to find, but I have had luck locating Norma 203B. Rusty We Band of Brothers! DRSS, NRA & SCI Life Member "I am rejoiced at my fate. Alliant's Power Pro 2000-MR is a spherical version of RL-15, possibly a touch slower, too.

I called Alliant before I started working with 2000MR in the 8x57 just to establish a baseline. Tech indeed stated, "A little slower than RL-15."

TAC is a very fine spherical powder that meters great and burns faster than RL15. I emailed Alliant about their Power Pro 2000MR and was also told it was a "little slower" than RL15.
